Elevate your legs, or simply lie down

This allows gravity to be your friend instead of your enemy.

Strengthen your leg muscles through exercise

Your regimen doesn’t need to be strenuous; even simple walking is great. Exercise helps relieve symptoms of leg vein disease and reduces future severity.

Use external compression devices

These facilitate the flow of blood through your leg veins and help prevent the accumulation of blood in your lower extremities.
